DJ’d in Pittsburgh this past Saturday and brought the homies OmarMFTB & Shop 412. I first met these guys 3 years ago when I first played the Do-Over in LA. The homie Pete Butta met us there and we pretty much chopped it up with their entire team for a good hour and a half. Dope to hear people who are hungry and honest about their trade speak with passion. Definitely a refreshing change.

Hometown pride and product is rampant throughout the city. These hoodies were a great look and could be spotted all over the city.

Ran to the homie Pete Buttas crib to charge photos and get the hotel situated.

Steelers pride is unlike anything I’ve ever seen. Black and gold is EVERYWHERE in this city.

Fast forward thru random driving around the city and we hit the Mount Washington Lookout which offered incredible views of Pittsburgh and the 3 rivers. Downtown was on full display and we were there right at dusk so the city looked ill. Photos and instagrams were taken ad nauseum.

It had been 6 hours since we ate so needless to say it was grub time - on to Union Pig & Chicken. The food was incredible - I’ll let the pictures speak for themselves.

When you’re out of town and welcomed by such good friends you DON’T get to sleep. After a quick stop back at Shop 412 and the hotel it was time to handle business - I was djing at Exit with DJ Petey C. Shit was bananas!! Another time where I’ll let the pictures do the speaking.

DJ Petey C opened up and absolutely BODIED it - kept the energy high and really had to anxious to play and keep the great night going.

Jumped on around midnight and it was time to work! Great energy in the room and I was able to continue the high level of DJing Petey had started the night off with - we were in!!

Omar, myself, & Lorenzo - I have to say this was an incredible trip. Great times in the 412 and just a solid amount of love shown our way. Thank you DJ Petey C for inviting me up, Pete Butta for showing us around the town, Shop 412 for the gear and great conversation, and everyone that came out to Exit and enjoyed themselves. LETS DO IT AGAIN SOON PITTSBURGH!
